Patrick Mahomes | Quarterback
After growing up in Tyler, Mahomes led the Texas Tech Red Raiders for three seasons before joining the Chiefs in the first round of the NFL draft in 2017.
Nick Bolton | Linebacker
A graduate of Lone Star High School in Frisco, Bolton was selected by the Chiefs in the second round of the 2021 NFL draft.
Samaje Perine | Running back
Perine started for three seasons at Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville before joining the NFL in 2019.
Charles Omenihu | Defensive end
Omenihu graduated from Rowlett High School in Garland before playing for the University of Texas in Austin.
Xavier Worthy | Wide receiver
Originally from California, Worthy joined the Texas Longhorns in 2021 before being picked up by the Chiefs in the first round of the 2024 NFL draft.

Jalen Hurts | Quarterback
A member of a Texas football family, Hurts graduated from Channelview High School outside of Houston, where he was coached by his dad.
Lane Johnson | Offensive tackle
After growing up in Grovetown, Johnson attended Kilgore College in East Texas before transferring to the University of Oklahoma. He has been a member of the Eagles since he was the No. 4 pick in the 2013 NFL draft.
Braden Mann | Punter
Originally from Houston, Mann kicked for Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2019 and joined the Eagles in 2023.
Tristin McCollum | Safety
McCollum is a Texas player through-and-through. He grew up in Galveston, played college ball with the Sam Houston State Bearkats, and joined the Houston Texans in 2022 before signing with the Eagles in 2023.
Ainias Smith | Wide receiver
After growing up in Missouri City and attending high school in Sugar Land, Smith played for Texas A&M University before being picked up by the Eagles in 2024.
Milton Williams | Defensive tackle
Williams grew up in Crowley, then played for Louisiana Tech University and joined the Eagles in 2021.
Lewis Cine | Defensive back
Born in Haiti, Cine immigrated to the US at 4 years old and graduated from Trinity Christian School in Cedar Hill. He joined the NFL in 2022 and the Eagles in 2024.
Morotoluwa Ojomo | Defensive tackle
Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Ojomo moved to Houston when he was in seventh grade. He graduated from Katy High School before playing for the University of Texas.
