Did you know Jimmy Buffett’s “Margaritaville” was partially inspired by and written in Austin? The late musician was sitting at a tequila bar in Austin, drinking a margarita to nurse his hangover, and the chorus came to him on the way to the airport.

It’s five o’clock somewhere, but it’s National Margarita Day on Sunday, Feb. 22. If you’re ready to celebrate, we rounded up a few deals to try while wasting away in Margaritaville.

Azul Rooftop
Specialty margaritas will be $8 all day, plus DJ Lina Marz will spin beats from 6 to 9 p.m.

Starting at 11 a.m., the Corner Margarita will be $5 off, or you level it up with two tacos, ceviche, or guacamole for $24.

De Nada Cantina
