In celebration of National Small Business Week, we’re spotlighting three reader-submitted local businesses. From a fitness studio to a holistic healthcare center, these establishments are proud to be serving fellow Austinites.

🩺 Infinity Wellness Center, 1201 West Slaughter Ln.

Founded by Dr. Tenesha Wards, this center was created to identify the root cause of patients’ issues and ailments in order to correct symptoms and help Austinites live a happier + healthier life. Dr. Wards is also one of Austin Woman’s Women To Watch.

🔥 HEAT Bootcamp, 2210 S. 1st St., Ste. A

Co-owned by Cody Butler and Haider Laghar, this is a local HIIT and bootcamp-style studio, which was created 17 years ago. The establishment’s motto is “more than a workout,” because the team is passionate about using fitness to help improve the community. Plan ahead for the bootcamp’s Birthday Banger at RIO Austin on Sat., June 11.

Husband and wife duo Dana + Dylan Cotter discovered the healing benefits of hyperbaric oxygen therapy after Dylan was prescribed 40 sessions to help with a traumatic brain injury. After experiencing positive effects such as better sleep and more energy, the couple is now working towards making hyperbarics and light therapy accessible and affordable to other community members.
