Heydey Social Club and The Tradition, An American Kitchen are both headed by Executive Chef Iain Reddick, who has previously worked at The Driskill.
Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, The Tradition, An American Kitchen will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in an upscale setting. Expect house creations including horchata overnight oats, brisket omelets, barbecue boards with Dr. Pepper sauce, and a drink program featuring Texas-based spirits.
Up on the eighth floor rooftop, Heydey Social Club will feature both indoor and outdoor seating for city gazing. The bar will serve European-inspired cocktails in a mid-century modern space, plus light bites including local meat + cheese, whipped herbed ricotta with hot honey, crab arancini, and more.
Both concepts will open on Friday, Sept. 27 — see you there.
