What’s better than seeing a concert? Seeing a concert for free.
Austinites can enter to win two free tickets to every concert at Moody Amphitheater thanks to a partnership between Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, C3 Presents, and Live Nation. For each show, 100 lawn tickets will be given away to make the arts accessible.
Here’s what to know:
Entrants must be 18+ and have a valid state ID to apply.
Entry forms are published on the site at least two weeks before the concerts.
Winners are selected at random and notified the week before the show.
Winners receive two non-transferable lawn tickets and can only win once per calendar year.
Upcoming concerts include Young Miko, 311, Squeeze/Boy George, and Charley Crockett. Come Friday, Aug. 30, Sofi Tukker, Omar Apollo, Goth Babe, Gracie Abrams, and more shows will be eligible to enter.
Personally, I’ve already signed up for the 311 giveaway at Moody Amphitheater because AWOLNATION and Neon Trees were my first two concerts. If I don’t win, the Two Door Cinema Club giveaway is next.
