Jose Bethancourt | 28 | Finance
An alumnus of UT Austin, Bethancourt co-founded Method Financial: a service that helps businesses like SoFi, Robinhood, and Credit Karma see how much debt a consumer has (with permission).

Naweed Tahmas | 29 | Transportation + Aerospace
The founder of Aeon developed AI-enabled tactical missile systems and works with the Defense Department.

Alex Ojeda | 24 | Social Media
You may have seen this creator’s travel content on your feeds, as he has 14 million subscribers and works with brands like Royal Caribbean, Formula 1, and Experience Abu Dhabi.

Ross Cooley | 23 | Food + Drink
Alongside his cofounders, Liam Brogan and Luke Smialowicz, Cooley created HNY+, a clean performance and energy gel using honey as the main ingredient. Read our interview with the team.

Brennen Bliss | 26 | Marketing + advertising
With 12 years of entrepreneurial expertise under his belt, thanks to founding a digital marketing agency at 14, the Propellic founder uses AI to understand how travelers make decisions on their journeys.

Eunice Ajim | 29 | Venture Capital
Hailing from Leander and born in Cameroon, the founder of Ajim Capital deployed funding to 20 early-stage startups during the company’s first year in business.

Jake Chambers | 29 | Retail + Ecommerce
The co-founder of Pupsentials helps turn pet photos into hand-embroidered apparel, like tote bags, sweatshirts, and denim jackets. Psst — celebrities like Justin Bieber and Kris Jenner have worn the brand’s products.

Sam Abdallah, Benjamin Burton, and Riley McDonnell | 28, 27, 28 | Retail + Ecommerce
This trio runs GlassPass, which is an online marketplace for smoking accessories that is expected to sell $4.5 million in revenue in 2025.
