San Antonio Spurs host fourth annual Spurs Week festivities

Whether or not you have tickets to the upcoming I-35 Series games, the San Antonio Spurs are inviting Austinites to get in on the action during Spurs Week.

Let the games begin, because the fourth annual I-35 Series is next week, which means a week of parties is on the horizon.

Spurs Week will run Sunday, Feb. 15-Saturday, Feb. 21, leading up to the San Antonio Spurs facing off against the Phoenix Suns on Thursday, Feb. 19 and Sacramento Kings on Saturday, Feb. 21.

We’re breaking down the schedule so you don’t miss a minute.

Daily

  • Casa de Spurs | Expect pre-game parties, trivia nights, tailgates, happy hours, and food giveaways at the Spurs hub — located at 918 Congress Ave., Ste. 100 — where the schedule changes every day.
  • Free coffee | Head to the six participating Jo’s and Mañana for a free cup of coffee from 7 to 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 16-Wednesday, Feb. 18 while supplies last.

Sunday, Feb. 15

  • Austin Marathon | Kicking off the weekend, the Spurs Street team will cheer for the Spurs Fit Club and meet them at the finish line with prizes and a DJ.
  • All-Star Watch Party | Basketball fans can gather at Bouldin Acres on Braker Lane from 4 to 7 p.m. to watch Victor Wembanyama on Team World at this free party, which will feature free swag and giveaways.

Monday, Feb. 16

  • Spurs Family Lotería Night | Wanderlust Wine Co. will host fans as they play with custom Spurs cards (with big prizes on the line) from 7 to 10 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 20

  • Community Court Unveiling | The Spurs and Self Financial will debut a newly refurbishes half court with fanfare and educational programming.

Sunday, Feb. 22

  • Austin Spurs vs. Memphis Hustle | If you’re still not satiated from all that basketball, the Spurs’ G-League affiliate team will tip-off at 3 p.m.
