Real Estate

A modern, open-concept living space with a neutral color palette, featuring a beige sofa, a black coffee table, and a dining area with a round wooden table and matching chairs. The space has textured, curved walls, large windows allowing natural light, and minimalist décor, including abstract artwork and a black pendant light above the dining table. The kitchen in the background has wooden cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

ICON’s newest slate of 3D-printed homes in Mueller is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.

Although most of the 12 new builds have already sold, two are still available, and three are part of Mueller’s Affordable Homes Program as of today. Click here to see if you’re eligible for the program.

Designed by the acclaimed Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, ICON’s new homes range from one to three bedrooms across 650-2,400 sqft. Plus, this slate of homes features the Vulcan printer’s new basket weave printing technique.

Figi here — I visited the construction site and was tickled to see neighbors stop by to watch the printer whirring. ICON Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications Brooke Bauguess said folks will set up lawn chairs to watch the construction.

Keep your eyes peeled for more ICON projects in the future — the company already has companies on board to lease and buy its technology to build more 3D-printed homes nationwide.
