đź’¦ Pool party anyone?

A modern two-story home with a spacious backyard featuring a swimming pool, lounge chairs, and an outdoor seating area. The house has white siding with dark roofing, large windows, and a covered patio. A colorful mural with cacti is painted on one exterior wall. The setting includes lush greenery and a scenic sunset in the background. Overlaid text on the image advertises owner financing options with interest rates ranging from 4.99% to 5.99% for 3-5 years, depending on the down payment.

Outdoor kitchen? Check. Barn-dominium? Check. Pool and hot tub? Check.

Perched on the western outskirts of Austin along one of the “booziest roads” in the area, this Hill Country property is ideal for the hostess with mostess. The 10-acre estate with a nine-bedroom home, 5,000-sqft convertible Barn-dominium, and stunning outdoor living area is designed to “wow your guests” — from pool parties to weddings.

Natural light pours into the main open-concept living and kitchen area with herringbone wood-look tile floors. The spacious bedrooms are outfitted with brass fixtures and marble showers + the two bedroom suites have private entrances.

But outside is where this property truly shines. The heated pool, tiled patio, outdoor kitchen, and spacious fire pit are longing for a day-time pool party that turns into a late-night after party.

Plus, with panoramic views of the hillside, there’s never a bad view — inside or out.
