Do or delegate? 3 ways to achieve more

Athena vets 30,000+ assistants, and under 1% make it to its four-week training program, where they learn Athena’s proprietary delegation system, AI tools, and playbooks. | Photo via Pexels
Most people don’t know how or what to delegate. Their “I can do it myself” attitude or mediocre experience with a virtual assistant limits their ability to move from doing to delegating. Athena gets to know your personal + business life so you can achieve more.

Here are three tricks to kickstart your delegation journey:
  1. Use voice notes to delegate.
  2. Record videos of repetitive tasks to turn into a standard process.
  3. Stop thinking it’ll be faster to do it yourself.

City Editor London has loved exploring Austin with Figi for ATXtoday. | Photo by ATXtoday
Hey, Austin, City Editor London here. I’m coming to you with a bittersweet message: my time as an ATXtoday City Editor is coming to a close.

I’ll still be working with the Austin team for our parent company, 6AM City, but you won’t be seeing my face in the newsletter anymore. I’ll leave that in the capable hands of Figi and her new co-editor, but I’ll let them introduce themselves soon.

Now, an ask for you: ahead of my last newsletter next week, I want to get out and about in Austin for one final day in the City Editor life. Will you help me plan my day?

I’m looking for your input on where I should eat, drink, and explore in ATX. Click the button below to set me up for the perfect goodbye.

From the editor
I’m a big reader myself, and I’m looking for my next book. I just finished “America Fantastica” by Tim O’Brien (an Austin resident, by the way) but I think I’m ready for a nonfiction this time.

Do you know of any Austin-centered history books I might enjoy?
