Although we love every neighborhood in Austin, there’s just something about Downtown life.

Between waking up to the ATX skyline and living within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, living in the heart of the city comes with major perks.

Do a little daydreaming with us as we take a look inside five on-the-market apartments + condos in Downtown Austin.

The Independent, 301 West Ave.

Unit 5203 | 3 bed, 4.5 bath | $45,000 per month
The Terrace Penthouse Residence occupies 4,500+ sqft on the 52nd floor of this Downtown tower. In addition to containing not one, but two custom closets, this unit contains a fitness room, a study, media room, and a 1,195-sqft terrace.

The apartment complex also contains a gym and yoga studio, heated infinity pool, a movie theater, and dog washing station.

A kitchen with green cabinetry leads into a room with exposed light brick walls, a black metal staircase, and large windows. The wood floors are layered with lush red patterned rugs.
