Ramen Del Barrio will move into its first brick-and-mortar this year

The Bib Gourmand Japanese-Mexican fusion restaurant will stay in north Austin and take over the former Bullseye Bakery space.

You’ll get a no-frills dining experience at Ramen del Barrio, but the food is so good, you won’t even notice.

Mexican ramen restaurant Ramen Del Barrio is finally getting its own space in north Austin.

The MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and James Beard semifinalist restaurant, which is currently located inside Hana World Market, will take over the Bullseye Bakery space sometime this year after the bakery closes in August. The new space is near Q2 Stadium along Kramer Lane.

The move to a brick-and-mortar has been on the horizon for Ramen Del Barrio, which announced its search for a new space back in January.

Newsletter editor Figi here. If you haven’t yet eaten at Ramen Del Barrio, consider this your sign. The mole tsukemen dipping noodles live in my mind and on our list of favorite dishes rent-free (plus it can be served vegan).
