Year-round Christmas bar Lala’s Little Nugget has been a North Austin landmark since 1972. Now, the team is spreading the cheer to south Austin with a new location opening at 3008 Davis Lane, Ste. #101 on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

Lala’s South Pole will induce familiar feelings for fans of the Brentwood location — the new spot will feature the same countdown to Christmas above the bar, green and red decor throughout, and a dive bar feel.

A festive bar interior decorated with lush green garlands and colorful Christmas lights. The bar has a warm, cozy atmosphere with red and green upholstered bar stools lined up along a polished wooden counter. Above the bar, a large digital countdown clock is displayed, and a neon sign reading 'Lala’s' is illuminated on the wood-paneled wall. The ceiling features exposed wooden beams adorned with string lights and a rustic chandelier, contributing to the holiday ambiance.

Here’s where you’ll sit to order your Santa’s Little Helper or Yule Shoot Your Chai Out.
