Are you ready for a friendly flame-fueled rivalry, Austin?

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa is firing up an unforgettable weekend with the debut of SMOKE: A Celebration of Fire and Flavor, happening Friday, Aug. 1 + Saturday, Aug. 2. This two-day culinary experience unites the best pitmasters, chefs + tastemakers from Texas and Oklahoma for an upscale showdown of flame, finesse, and flavor.

Friday kicks off with Legends of the Flame: VIP Dinner Experience, a multi-course dinner led by chefs Kevin Lee, Evan LeRoy, and Steve Gustafson, with curated beverage pairings + live music from Jade Marie Patek.

Saturday brings Masters of the Flavor, an outdoor barbecue battle where top chefs and pitmasters from each state go head-to-head in a flavorful competition. Expect smoky brisket, bold bites, and live music by Tomar & The FCs.
