Pump up the jam, Austin. Sips & Sounds, a two-day music festival at Auditorium Shores, will return for its fourth year on Friday, March 13 and Saturday, March 14.

This year’s headliners include Christina Aguilera, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, and Foster the People and other performers across two stages. Editor Figi here — I’m excited to see Grouplove perform.

Tickets start at $65 for one day, or up to 1,000 SXSW Platinum badgeholders can reserve a free ticket each day.

Here’s some quick information to know before you go:

  • Doors open at 2 p.m. both days.
  • Expect the standard festival do’s and don’t’s — read through the bag policy here.
  • Parking is readily available nearby Palmer Events Center, One Texas Center, City Hall, and Austin Convention Center Parking Garage.
  • There are two entrances along West Riverside Drive.
  • Wristband holders can re-enter up to two times per day.

Music

The tunes start at 2:30 p.m. both days, and because performances are staggered across both stages, badgeholders can catch every set without skipping a beat. Psst — Skateland and Caroline Hale are both based in Austin.

Food

There will be 32 food vendors — three of which are located in the GA+ lounge — and six bars on-site, so no one will go hungry or thirsty. If that’s too many options for you, we recommend grabbing a bite from T-Loc’s Sonoran Hot Dogs or Tender Dady.

Plus, since the festival is presented by Coca-Cola, there will be plenty of soda to go around.

Activations

If you want a break from the music, you can check out the merch stand, Coca-Cola Soda Shoppe, Coca-Cola Soccer area, Coca-Cola Guest Lounge, Cinemark activation, and frame photo opp.
