Keeping spirits up

A spread of appetizers from Devil May Care. Loro | Monday-Friday, 2-5 p.m.
Dig into $8 brisket tostadas, $8 crispy chicken sandwiches, and $5 boozy slushies at this south Austin fusion restaurant.
