Outdoor Voices , an Austin-based athletic clothing brand, announced it will close all 16 of its retail stores in the US in favor of a fully online approach.

This includes the Austin location at 1204 S. Congress Ave., which had a line stretched down the block on Thursday afternoon.

The athleisure brand — which sells clothing for men and women, plus accessories — was founded 10 years ago by Ty Haney, who parted ways with the business in 2020. That year, the company’s valuation fell to $40 million, compared to its peak at $110 million in 2018.

All Outdoor Voices locations will offer products at least at a 50% discount until permanently closing this Sunday, March 17 .
