Have you heard about Amplify Austin Day, the biggest giving event in Central Texas? It starts tomorrow, and here’s everything you need to know about this time of giving back.

I Live Here I Give Here — a nonprofit that works to inspire Central Texans to give and support thousands of other nonprofits in the region — hosts the event. It includes a 24-hour live broadcast set to kick off tomorrow at 6 p.m. that will air through 6 p.m. Thursday on AmplifyATX.org.

The broadcast will feature business leaders who focus on philanthropy, locals who have a passion for generosity, celebrity guests, and nonprofits. The program will also include musical performances from artists such as Black Pumas, Band of Horses, and Charlie Sexton. Take a look at the entire schedule.

Organizations listed on Amplify Austin’s site are categorized into groups such as animal care and services, human services, health care and wellness, and basic needs.
