In light of the ongoing pandemic, it can feel challenging to maintain good health — whether that’s physically or mentally. Reformation Massage and Bodywork wants to help kickstart (or re-start) your health journey.

Reformation has partnered with holistic and natural practitioners from across the industry to host a Holistic Health & Wellness Expo on Sun., July 10, 2022 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at 930 S. Bell Blvd., Cedar Park. The expo will showcase techniques and practices that aim to improve attendees’ health and well-being.

Here’s what to expect:

The lineup of holistic experts includes:


    • Reiki master and herbalist Toni Maurice-Milburn and adaptive yoga teacher Tabarus James will share the benefits of healing both mind and bodyleading to a more pain-free life.
    • Chiropractor Dr. Marshall Freeman will address spinal health.
    • Ashia Walker, a licensed massage therapist specializing in medical and rehabilitation massage, will discuss the benefits of massage and dispel common misconceptions and myths about the practice.
    • Wellness and nutritionist coach K. LaFleur Anders will give tips and advice on making and processing better life choices.
    • Doula LaShae Gregory will discuss women’s health and choices for pre- and post-partum care.
    • Robin Johnson is a trauma master and will discuss how to deal with trauma.
    • Motivational speaker Archie J. Jenkins will speak to inspire attendees in all aspects of life. Using his own story of a wrongful conviction, Archie uses his platform to show that you can turn your life around and make dreams a reality with hard work + dedication.

Fast facts:

  • Tickets are $20 (available online or at the door).
  • Kids are welcome (Kids under 5 are free, tickets for kids ages 6-12 are $10).
  • Vendors will be selling all-natural products, food, treatments, hand-crafted gifts + more.
  • This family-friendly event will also feature a moon bounce house.
  • Concessions will be available.
