Saddle up for a good time — Rodeo Austin is back in action starting Friday, March 13 through Saturday, March 28 at the Travis County Exposition Center.

Tickets start at $27 and include admission to the fairgrounds + a nightly concert immediately following the ProRodeo, or if you just want to explore the fairgrounds, you can snag a $10 ticket. The 12th Annual Balloons Over Horseshoe Bay Resort returns April 3-5, bringing hot air balloons from across the country for a full weekend of family-friendly fun.

Moontower Comedy Festival added Roy Wood Jr., Devonte Rosero, Natalie Palamides, and Ian Fidance to its lineup. The comics will join big names, including Marc Maron, Lucy Darling, and Leslie Jones at the April fest.

227. That’s how many animals were adopted from nine Austin-area shelters over the weekend during the “Name Your Own Price” event, plus, an additional 100 went home with fosters. There are still plenty of furry friends who need homes if you’re looking.
