Super Bowl LVIII is just around the corner and although no teams from the Lone Star State are competing, you can bet Texans will be watching.

Plus, we’d argue the best part of the Super Bowl is the food. Whether you’re cheering for the San Francisco 49ers or the Kansas City Chiefs (hey, KCtoday), we rounded up 11 Super Bowl specials for you to consider come game day.

Where to watch

Cover 3, multiple locations
Watch the game from either one of Cover 3’s locations or take the “Fan-Tastic Feast” to go. Specialty game day offerings include chipotle ranch wings + fried pickles, chicken quesadillas, green chili beef nachos, the restaurant’s signature mac and cheese, and frozen margaritas. To go orders must be placed 48 hours in advance.

Fresa’s, multiple locations
Come for the jalapeno poppers, wood-grilled wings, flautas, Siete layer dip, and cookie trays, but stay for the big game on big-screen TVs. Still want to watch the game at home? You can order any of those snacks to go.

TLC, 1100 S. Lamar Blvd.
This local beer hall will have the game playing on all of its screens, so don’t miss out on its Halftime Happy Hour, featuring $1 oysters, $7 bites and sips, and $15 Bud Light buckets. Make a reservation to secure your table.

Have you found love in Austin? We want to know about it.

This Valentine’s Day, we’re creating a map of places where our readers have made memories around the area. We want to hear about every kind of relationship. Tell us about your meet cute stories, getting advice from a parent, learning to love yourself... we love love stories in all their forms. (But do keep it PG, please.)

Add a story to our map below by clicking the green “add point” button. You have until Friday, Feb. 9 to submit for a chance to be featured in our interactive map (and newsletter).

We’ll go first with a story of our own. City Editor London met her husband-to-be while studying at UT Austin, and though City Editor Figi is a proud Texas State graduate, her fiancé is also a UT legacy. What can we say, we love Longhorns.

From the editor
As a new fan of football, I’m a little disappointed that neither one of our Texas teams made the cut for the Super Bowl. I’m going to watch the game, but I’m definitely most excited to see Post Malone perform “America the Beautiful.”
