Saturn is out of this world. A pop-up-turned-disco bar named after the ringed planet will open this summer at 906 Congress Ave. Saturn will serve day-glo cocktails inspired by the 70s, 80s, and 90s. (Eater Austin)

Austinites will be able to step into the world of Tim Burton’s “Beetlejuice” this fall. Pop-up cocktail experience the “House of Burton” will be in Austin from Wednesday, Oct. 4-Tuesday, Oct. 31 — get tickets.
Sushi | Bar ATX will host two Michelin-starred Chef Paul Liebrandt for a 20-course showcase for two days in June. As part of a new rotating chef series, Chef Liebrandt will collaborate with resident Executive Chef Ambrely Ouimette. Get tickets.

Half a dozen new Texas State Parks are in the works. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department plans to open parks near Boerne, Port Lavaca, Fort Worth, Houston, and Del Rio in the next 12-15 years.
