Celebrate Black History Month at Carver Museum ATX

The museum’s Black History Month programming revolves around the theme “African Americans and Labor.”

A group of people, including children and adults, gather around an information table at an indoor event. A woman wearing a black shirt and carrying a shoulder bag hands out papers to two young girls dressed in matching headwraps and shirts featuring an illustrated character. The table is covered with pamphlets, folders, and clipboards. Other attendees, some wearing bright clothing or hats, engage in conversations and browse materials.

The George Washington Carver Museum is home to exhibit galleries, a dance studio, a 134-seat theatre, and much more.
