Happy Día de los Muertos, a Mexican holiday honoring the souls of deceased family and friends through food, drinks, and ofrendas.
Celebrated by many of the estimated ~9.5 million Texans of Mexican descent each year from October 31 through November 2, the Day of the Dead is a time where the spirits of late loved ones can rejoin their families on Earth.

DIA on Día | Wednesday, Nov. 1 | 7 p.m. | 3TEN at ACL Live, 310 W. Willie Nelson Blvd., Austin | $18-$25 | The 10th annual DIA on Día concert features 25+ artists, including Jimmie Vaughan, Money Chicha, and Tameca Jones.
Alma y Corazon | Thursday, Nov. 2 | 5:30-8:30 p.m. | Oakwood Cemetery, 1601 Navasota St., Austin | Free | Enjoy hot chocolate, tamales, family stories, a talk with author Mariana Nuño Ruiz McEnroe, and a digital exhibit.

Ofrenda: Celbrating Día de los Muertos | Friday, Nov. 3-Saturday, Nov. 4 | Times vary | Fierce Whiskers Distillery & Tasting Room, 5333 Fleming Ct., Austin | $30-$60 | This immersive circus includes a live mariachi band, aerialists, contortionists, poetry, and dancers.
