The Eleanor opens to the public with new cocktail menu

While The Roosevelt Room undergoes reservations, its neighboring sister concept + private event space is having a moment in the spotlight.

Every Roosevelt needs an Eleanor, and this one comes with elevated libations, disco balls, and moody lighting.

The Roosevelt Room is temporarily closed to revamp its space and replace its flooring. The Downtown cocktail bar will debut its glow up at a grand reopening on Friday, July 12.

Until then, next-door-neighbor The Eleanor — its exclusive private event space — is open to the public and slinging a new menu of 30+ creative cocktails. It’s open everyday at 3 p.m., complete with a movie screen, photo booth, and leather loveseats.

At The Eleanor, the bar is equally as beautiful as the cocktails.

Here’s what city editors Morgan and Figi tried over the weekend:

  • Long Farewell, a coconut vodka concoction topped with hydrangea
  • Show Business, a gin drink that sparkles with gold honey powder
  • Shore Leave in Tijuana, a mezcal mix with pink rose pearls
  • Yellowstone Sour, a spruce-infused cocktail with egg white + black spruce aromatics

Like your drinks spicy and smoky? Try the Yellowstone Sour and Shore Leave in Tijuana.
