Spiritless Jalisco 55 Paloma
- 2 oz Spiritless Jalisco 55
- 4 oz grapefruit soda
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
Build ingredients in a highball glass (except soda). Then add ice, top it with soda, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit peel. (Salt rim optional: Rim glass with salt by rubbing a lime piece around the edge of glass and rolling glass in coarse salt, then brush off the excess salt.)
Summer Basil Spritz from Sans Bar
- 6 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves
- 1 oz agave or honey
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 2 cups club soda, chilled
- Additional fresh basil leaves, optional
In a shaker, muddle strawberries, basil, and honey or agave. Fill the shaker with ice, then add lemon juice. Next, cover + shake for 10 seconds. After that, strain the liquid into a serving glass with ice, then top it with club soda and garnish it with a fresh strawberry.
